One of my fondest memory of El Cerrito was attending the football games supporting my Brother, Trae’ (Tracy Purvis). At that time I did not know how God fully worked his blessings. I thought I was just hanging out and having fun with my brother. After high school and throughout my college years, Trae’ became that driving force. He pushed me through obstacles and challenges that I encountered. He made sure I stayed focused throughout college by making sure I did not skip class. He even went to great lengths and made sure I had enough to eat by sneaking a mini refrigerator full of food, into my dorm room. I truly believe he was my Guardian Angel. You will forever be missed.
I have known Tracy since elementary school and he was always like a big brother to me. He was always cool and easy to get along with. He is greatly missed. RIP.
